Volunteer/Employment

AGPR is primarily VOLUNTEER POWERED, but we do have a verrrry small team of paid positions to ensure that our pets are being cared for properly and that we are in the best position to serve our dogs. Interested applicants, please understand that we are a small nonprofit organization with LOTS of BIG dogs and are looking for folks who are ready to work hard, play hard, and throw themselves headfirst into the nitty gritty of animal rescue.

Your time in the following ways is always appreciated and needed:

• VOLUNTEERS TO HELP BATHE, BRUSH & CLEAN UP DOGS
• HELP ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS (clean up and process new dogs)
• MARKETING SKILLS (to help with adoptions)
• TRANSPORT HELP
• MEMBERSHIP VOLUNTEER (send out annual membership information and collect/tabulate the information and monies)
• INTAKE COORDINATOR (communicate with shelters & coordinate transport)
• LGD COORDINATOR (coordinate livestock guardian dogs adoptions)
• MORE FOSTER HOMES
• MORE PHONE VOLUNTEERS
